What data we collect
- Contact and enquiry data: when you use our contact form, the name, email address, phone number (optional), service interest and message you provide.
- Newsletter data: the email address you submit to subscribe to our updates.
- Technical data: limited information such as IP address and device or browser type, processed by our hosting and security providers to keep the site available and secure.
- Consent data: your cookie preferences, stored to honour your choices.
We do not currently run web analytics, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
How we use your data and our lawful basis
- To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request. Lawful basis: performance of a contract or our legitimate interest in responding to you.
- To send newsletters where you have subscribed. Lawful basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To keep the website secure, available and functioning. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Third parties and processors
We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements:

Data retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and for our legitimate business records, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe. Consent records are kept to demonstrate compliance.
